We raise our hearts in gratitude towards the Almighty God for the manifold blessings He has showered upon each one of us and our institution. With a grateful heart, I recall the selfless efforts of our sisters, teaching and non- teaching staff, P T A, students and well wishers over 55 years to inscribe the name of Infant Jesus School in the annals of history. I must pen down the names of Kochuthresiamma, Benedictamma, Carmalamma who had initiated this venture with their vision and commitment.

Dr. S. Radakrishanan states that ‘the school hours for children are the best time for learning and they need the best environment and mission -oriented learning with values- based educational system. we take it is our responsibility to equip the youngsters with all that is required for them to make the society they live in a dignified   one and orient them to be sensitive to their environment and surroundings. Only then they will be horned to be honest to oneself, be a fitting citizen and contribute to society in every way possible. The children learn the art of collaboration rather than competition that alone make them future ready, the best human beings who treat other human being truly as their equal in all respects. It brings peace and harmony in the world and we can be the change that world wants. Peace makers rule the world! We believe that each child has the innate desire to achieve his or her maximum potential, and Infant Jesus Public School strives to bring it forth fruitful.

I express my sincere gratitude to management that supports by all ways, the teaching and non- teaching staff- responsible   and ever caring, parents and the P T A – cooperative and understanding, my beloved students from whom I learn the lessons of life. The effort of editorial board, Sr.Jacintha as chief editor of the jubilee souvenir Halcyon is the remarkable. I congratulate all on this jubiliant occasion.
